Terms & Conditions:
- For every minimum dine-in, delivery & take-out purchase of P700, a customer is entitled for a pre-stamped Pizzaya Card.
- Stamp stickers are valid only for delivery and take-out transactions.
- Only one (1) stamp can be claimed per minimum purchase of P700
- This card must be presented upon ordering.
- Redemption of freebies must be claimed on the same Sam’s Pizza Branch where the card is received.
- Cannot be combined with Gift Certificates and Flash Sales.
- Card is valid 6 months from the date of issuance
Mechanics:
- Customers should present the card if the minimum purchase met. “No card, no stamp policy”
- For delivery, riders can bring the card for stamp or customers who have met the minimum purchase.

- 15th stamp : Grande Size of Fourtastic Pizza
